Wedding Jewellery shopping in Vijayawada

Hi Folks, Getting married in 2 months, extremely new to buying jewellery. Never made a single gold purchase my entire life. Going jewellery shopping this weekend in Vijayawada - **any recommendations on which jeweller to go to?** My priorities are as follows : 1. Legit AF transaction - I'm willing to pay the GST - need the gold to have the BIS marks 2. Low VA charges - it will be a big ticket purchase (8-12 L) for a vaddyanam \+ Any idea how to pay - I dont know if you are allowed to swipe a credit card for 8L or is it 100% cash or it is RTGS or .... ?
