Land Purchase in Hyderabad/Vizag - Seeking Recommendations

Has anyone purchased land in Hyderabad or Vizag, India, through a builder or real estate agent? I'm interested in buying land through APARNA Constructions or another reputable company but am unsure about the legitimacy of the land. Could you share your experiences and recommendations?
