Is Andhra more developed than people think?

Hello guys, I am from Guntur and I travel to Vijayawada often. I recently traveled to various cities in AP like Tirupati, Vizag, Nellore, and Kurnool. What I observed is that 60-70% of every city in AP is really clean. Of course, there are some disgusting areas in all cities, like the area behind the RTC bus stand in Guntur. Despite that, many parts of every city are rapidly developing, and residential areas are becoming great places to live. We can see local municipal corporation workers cleaning the trash every day. Even though we aren’t the cleanest people, their efforts are keeping our roads and neighborhoods clean. However, the limited number of public toilets is still a concern. I work in Hyderabad, and trust me, Guntur is far more livable than many parts of Hyderabad. Do people from other states, and even we ourselves, underestimate AP in terms of development? I’m not talking about towns, just cities. What’s your opinion on this?
