I'm looking for an CA who is a Tax expert.

Hello everyone, I'm running a startup company from the last 4 years. I need an professional accountant who is an tax expert but only from Andhra Pradesh. I already working with a CA but he never responds to my calls and messages and takes multiple months to get the work done. He Never files the ITR on time, never do any work that I requested him to do on time. He once said he have more than 1500+ clients. I don't want to work with someone who have too many clients because he doesn't respect my time. Quick info about My company: It's been 4+ years and we have only international clients. All the funds we receive to us is from foreign countries. I'm worried if I may get into any troubles soon or later because of this guy. I need someone who is professional CA, responds on time, respects my time, good at Taxes, and most importantly he/she should be from Andhra Pradesh only. I would like to meet personally and discuss more before we move further this time. Because I never really met my accountant till now. He was suggested by a friend and we only talk and text. I keep worrying about this tax stuff because of my irresponsible accountant. I need someone who is trusted and willing to work on long-term. I'm 26 years old and we are entering into multiple new projects soon. So I need one person who I can rely on and never to worry about Tax stuff. Please suggest me if you know anyone. Thank you!
