Didn't go around demolishing Hi Tech City just because was built by CBN, rather he expanded on it, ORR came during his time. Crushed the Naxalite movement, gave free hand to the cops, eliminated the top leaders, forced the remaining to flee to Chattisgarh and Odisha. Kept the Telangana movement in check, KCR and Co were mum during his time. Also 108 Ambulance and Scholarships to Engg students. He was as corrupt and ruthless as any political leader, but had the common sense to understand what was needed and what was not. Something his son lacked big time.
