Rental accommodations

Hi everyone, I am looking for single occupancy room with seperate bathroom or 1 or 2 bhk flat around Habitat Centre area. Work in night shift so have no life in the day. Ideally looking to pay 4k for room, 7 to 12k for the flat depending upon furnishing. Ps- willing to consider a shared accommodation as well if the roomie is good w me smoking green.
