Need Help with Taj Mahal Ticket as Foreigner

I would like to book Taj Mahal tickets on [https://asi.paygov.org.in/](https://asi.paygov.org.in/), but I do not have an Indian number. How is this number used? If I ask a friend to buy me tickets, will I need their number, or can I print out the ticket? Is the phone number required for entry (ex. QR code, at the gate for verification, etc)? I heard there is heavy fog in the winter months. I am going in December. * Is it going to be difficult to see the Taj at midnight? * If I go at sunrise (6:30am), will it be too foggy to see the Taj? Or will the fog lift in the two hours I will be there?
