When do Supplementary Exams generally occur?

I missed an end semester exam in this autumn semester due to medical reasons, I had filled the form for supplementary exams along with medical certificate from BCRTH and submitted it to the Academic Section before Dec 2nd, but I still haven't heard anything from the academic section regarding dates of the re-examination. Does anyone have the knowledge regarding this matter?
