regarding fee payment

i paid the tution fee and it went well but after paying the hmc fee, it showed an error message but the amount got deducted, now when i go to see whether i have paid the hmc fee it shows that i have to pay again does anyone know whom to complain to regarding this P.S: the tution fee is updated but this isn't
