hi can outsiders enter the campus through any means?

clearly I'm not an IITD student, I just wanted to swing around and check the campus out. See what the hype is about. Is there any way for me to enter the campus without there being any fest or comp?

I've never seen a college campus in my entire life help me outttt (crying in DU)
