Will Jee Advance AIR 1 also can't get into IIT Bombay, because he/she won't able to make it to 75% in class 12th ?

I have got 62.8% in boards. Because I was unable to manage both boards and jee at a time. My school teacher also demotivates me that "You won't get any college" that is why dont like to go to school but I have to because of 75% attendence and now my boards are ruined but I decided to take drop and prepare for jee advance again. But is it going to be worthless? Please reply to it as soon as possible..
