Disappointed by the Mismanagement at IIT Bombay Techfest.

I was really excited to attend the Techfest at IIT Bombay this year, but the last three days have been nothing short of a mismanagement masterclass. Almost every event was poorly organized, leading to chaos and frustration among attendees. People had to wait in line for 2 to 3 hours just to enter a hall or auditorium, only to be told that the venue had reached its capacity. In some cases, nearly a third of the people in line were asked to leave because of space constraints. It's disappointing to see such a prestigious institution struggle with basic event management. I understand the scale of the fest is massive, but proper planning and crowd management should have been a priority. For an event that promises to showcase innovation and excellence, this was a huge letdown. Has anyone else faced similar issues? Would love to hear your thoughts.
